    "Tessatura" was formed in Los Angeles by two sisters, Tessa  (Singer/Songwriter/Bass)  and
Anissa Ann (Drums), then along came Mike (Guitar).

The meaning behind their name is: The range of a melody/pitch & a musical composition! Not to mention as it is also an Italian meaning, it means "Stubborn & Thickheaded"
