Tessa ~ Singer/Songwriter, Bass

She has been performing since the young age of 3. Tessa, began her career in church, in her home town of Seattle, Wa. Tessa had a lead part in REM's (WB) music video, "Sugar Cane".  It was nominated for MTV's best directory award. She also had a small cameo in the Columbia/Sony Picture, "Not another teen movie". She was in several commercials from, psa's to the "First national bank" in Nebraska.

Tessa has loved her acting career, but her heart is in her singing/ songwriting & making her mark in music along with her sister.  Tessa has worked in many areas of her music career,  ranging from working with professional   producers, writers, choreographers & musicians such as, performing with "The Grateful Dead" at San Francisco's "SUMMER OF LOVE FESTIVAL". Tessa Sang song's like "White Rabbit"  with the band!

Tessa achieved a Certificate through Berklee College Of Music learning Studio Production. She is now learning how to Produce & Engineer along with other music skills at The Los Angeles Recording School. This will help to further Tessatura 's song & production development.

She loves performing for a Live audience & to create a feeling that generates a new sound & style from young to older fans. The vocals of Tessa are a unique blend of rock to blues. "I want to help the world with our music with my faith & the blessings I've been given, to give back! -Tessa

Anissa Ann ~ Drums/Percussion/Composer

Anissa Ann  is the drummer/percussionist  in the band. She is also the keyboard/piano player on certain songs. She has studied piano with Dr. Jin Jungwon & currently with Dr. Peter J. Green.

Anissa Ann  also  has  developed  a career  in acting following in her sister's footsteps. Infact, the two have gone on many auditions together. They have a special "Sisterhood", helping to make Tessatura a very tight band.

Anissa was able to  meet  her  idol, world   famous drummer/percussionist,  "Sheila E". Sheila E. gave her an autographed picture & special words of encouragement.

She is creating  her own  style of playing, adding that 
Seattle sound!  This has led her to create music with a unique style of her own. 

Many casting directors are now calling Anissa Ann out for auditions, which she has high hopes of booking one soon. In the mean time, she will continue to create a new sound & style of drumming, that  adds that special touch to Tessatura.

Mike ~ Guitarist  aka: "Lil Mike"

Mike is a California native with a very proud Latino heritage. He has enjoyed blending both styles in his playing, but with that full on ROCK  hard edge. Mike also has other musical talents, such as, playing the trumpet quite well.  His love for many aspects of music has helped him to create his unique sense of style.

He is also well trained in reading  music & continues to study. He is currently studying music theory & further music application. Mike is also the trumpet player in band, at high school. After graduation he plans on furthering his music career, learning even more.

Mike is also quite popular with the young ladies, even though he is modest in their attention. If they continue to send so much admiration, Tessatura may have a young Latino sex symbol in the making!

His father works with many famous race car drivers & has been steered in that profession. However, Mike left the race car track for his music dream. Mike strives to be a great guitar player like Slash and some of his other influences, and adds that special spark for the ladies. "My Influences include", My cousin Danny in North Carolina, Slash, Daybreakends, Velvet  Revolver, Mars Volta, Smashing Pumpkins, Omar A. Rodriguez-Lopez,  Queens  Of The Stone -Age, Foo Fighters, Guns N' Roses.....

Their music, look & whole persona is what people love! This band is unique, adding that "something" that stands out. "Tessatura" can appeal to everyone, from young to old. Their goal is to bring people together with their music.
